Training services are provided using your data, at your offices, concentrating on your business processes. In this way COSS trains your team to provide real-world skills and practical applications. Training in all areas of COSS software is offered. |

COSS offers a series of formal services, as well as custom services. While existing customers are experienced users, there is always a need to bring new staff on-board, and train on new product features, or newly purchased modules. |

For customers who don’t require the scope of an all-day-training session COSS provides web-based services. Shorter in duration, and focused on one or two key areas this training is easy to schedule, and can be prepared quickly. |

COSS can train at your offices sending an expert trainer to work directly at your facilities. However if this is not practical COSS has a fully-equipped training room at the Mississauga offices, which allows your team to get off-site and away from interruptions.
Our technical services group can also provide equipment for a fee (server, hub and PC’s) if you wish to train at your site but do not have the hardware in place. |
