Selecting new manufacturing management software can be one of the most important decisions a company will undertake in its growth cycle. COSS Systems understands manufacturing. Unlike many manufacturer software vendors, who prefer to remain anonymous or unavailable after the implementation is completed, COSS offers support services for our ERP softwareusing live, well-trained software experts. Upon completion of the implementation, your Project Manager will transfer all pertinent information to the support team, including any concerns or special or custom requirements. This ensures a smooth transition from the training phase of your implementation to the live daily use of your new ERP software.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Once you are up and running on COSS’s ERP software, our technical support team takes over. They are there to assist clients with their day to day job planning operations. The support team fields calls regarding the operation of the manufacturing software, changes that need to be made or any technical issues that may arise. With an over 90% call answer ratio, our team is there when you need them… And if you require special after hours support during year ends, inventory counts or during upgrades, the COSS team is always on call for you.

COSS clients are more than welcome to give input into the development of the ERP software. The technical support team is there to assist you in defining your needs and will be your liaison for the COSS manufacturer software development team. TRAINING PACKAGES

New Installs: Training services are provided using your data, at your offices, concentrating on your business processes. In this way COSS trains your team to provide real-world skills and practical applications. Training in all areas of COSS software is offered.

Ongoing Customers: COSS offers a series of formal services, as well as custom services. While existing customers are experienced users, there is always a need to bring new staff on-board, and train on new product features, or newly purchased modules.

Web Training: For customers who don’t require the scope of an all-day-training session, COSS provides web-based services for it’s manufacturing management software. Shorter in duration, and focused on one or two key areas, this training is easy to schedule and can be prepared quickly.

Microsoft Training Centers: COSS can train at your offices sending an expert trainer to work directly at your facilities. However if this is not practical, COSS has a strategic alliances with many Microsoft training facilities located throughout North America. These centers provide training on all COSS ERP and Microsoft products including Word, Excel and many more.
